- You are responsible for bookings made from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- Do not make bookings with someone else’s account or number, with false details, or with any automated tool.
3. Booking a station
- You can book online from today up to 7 days ahead, within our opening hours.
- One account can hold up to 3 upcoming online bookings at a time. This keeps stations fair for everyone.
- Sessions start on the hour or half hour. The booking screen shows the lengths you can choose.
- The price is shown before you book. It is worked out by our system from the current rates and any offer that applies. Only one offer applies to a booking; offers do not combine.
- Console prices are per player per hour. PC and pool prices are per station per hour. If the number of players changes at the counter, the price changes with it.
- A booking is for the station type, time and number of players you chose. Staff may seat you at a different station of the same type if needed.

Right now you pay at the counter, in cash or by UPI, once your session has started or after it ends. Nothing is charged when you book online.
- Food, drinks and any charges added during your visit go on the same bill and are paid at the counter.
- The price you see when you book is the price you pay for that booking. Anything else on your bill is listed line by line, and staff will tell you before it is added.
- Your bill total is rounded to the nearest rupee, and the rounding is shown on the bill.
- Please settle your bill before you leave.
5. Arriving and playing

- Your session ends at its booked end time, even if you arrive late.

We may refuse entry, end a session or block an account from booking online if these terms are broken, for example after repeated no-shows, misuse of the booking system, or behaviour that puts people or equipment at risk. If we end a session for a rule break, time already played is still charged.
15. When we have to cancel
We may cancel a booking if we close for a holiday, change our opening hours, or cannot open because of a power or network failure or another reason outside our control. We will tell you, and if you have paid anything for that booking, we give it all back. If a station stops working while you are playing, staff will move you to another station if one is free. If they cannot, you are charged only for the time you played, or nothing. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural events, government orders, strikes or utility failures. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Our liability
We take reasonable care to run a safe venue and a working booking system. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
